Please note that the 3D Secure code must be enabled on your credit card to make payments. This service provides consumers with a temporary code to validate online transactions. If the 3D Secure code is not activated on your card, you can activate it via your bank's app or by contacting your bank's customer service. The 3D Secure code serves as protection for purchases, reducing fraudulent attempts on your credit card. Payments made with the American Express network are not accepted. Every purchase is processed with maximum security to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.
PayPal Account
You can choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal's login page, where you can log in to your account and complete the payment.
Transactions are secure due to PayPal's certified security and encryption systems.
Bank Transfer
When selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive an email with all the necessary details to make the transfer.
The reference to include in the bank transfer must correspond to the order code to facilitate its processing. The bank transfer is typically credited to the recipient's account within 24-48 business hours after being processed by the bank.
The bank transfer must be completed within 5 days from the order date. If the payment is not credited by the 10th day, the order will be canceled without the possibility of restoration.
Shipping
We rely on the best couriers and experts in art logistics. Shipments are made worldwide, subject to import restrictions. Some destinations, such as the United States, prohibit the importation of products containing materials like ivory and tortoiseshell. We cannot accept orders requiring the shipment of such items to certain destinations. Please be aware that some countries impose import duties and local taxes. The payment of all import costs is the responsibility of the buyer once the package reaches the destination country, and a customs representative will contact you for payment before delivery.
