A central Italian cabinet in two sections, entirely inlaid with figures and landscapes within reserves featuring stylized floral motifs and filleting in various types of wood. The upper section, with a shaped design, includes a single door concealing multiple compartments and internal drawers, adorned with depictions of Napoleonic subjects, a view of the Este Castle in Ferrara, and portraits of Ludovico Ariosto and Torquato Tasso. The lower section features five drawers on the front and seven on the back. Inscribed: "inventò il mobile Cesare Segala e le eseguì" "the cabinet was invented by Cesare Segala and executed by him". Dated 1842.
