Description
A bureau bonheur du jour with decoration in the manner of Boulle. The upper section features a raised structure with two doors adorned with medallions and two small drawers. The lower section includes a single drawer in the apron, topped by a writing surface. The decoration, executed in the Boulle style, consists of finely chiseled brass on a red-stained tortoiseshell background and ebonized veneer pearwood. Adorned with chiseled and gilded bronze ornaments.
